DXN VINAIGRETTE

DXN Vinaigrette is made from specially selected Chinese Red Rice,Ganoderma extract and Monascus (fermented Red Rice Yeast).


This very special class of vinegar is one of the four most renowned premium vinegars in China.


DXN rescued one of the last standing ancient Chinese vinegar factories, which still use the traditional techniques and 700 year-old ceramic vats to ferment the rice into vinegar.
